This is Common GPRS activation and Configuration settings for NCELL.Try this as it is common setting and works for all.
To use GPRS in Ncell or Meromobile,these are the procedures
First to activate send a sms to 900224 typing A
or dial 900 and follow the voice instructions
Then when GPRS is active to your SIM,Use the following configuration
Set IP address as 192.168.19.15
Proxy Port as 9201 For WAP1,8080 (For HTTP or WAP2)
