Hi here I will discuss some natural ways to get taller.
First of all the thing you need to consider is exercise. You need to exercise a lot to get effective results because while body is stretched, so you need consider doing exercise which helps stretching of your body.
Playing some games also helps increasing your height. Games like basketball, badminton,etc are consider friendly for increasing height.
You also need proper diet to increase height. While you provide proteins, you can help yourself increase your weight.
Swimming also helps you to increase weight. So swim daily or once in two days.
