If you are in trouble because of your weight, then I am going to share some ideas which will help you to make some weight. Following the tricks I will share here, you can really make some additional weight if you are planning to do so.
Here are some of the tricks,
Trick 1: Goto GYM for time of three months(minimum) and get scheduled and timed continuous exercise, then leave doing exercise after three months, you will increase some weight.
Trick 2:Have a banana and a(or two) glass of milk every morning, it will increase your weight.
Trick 3:Take an egg at morning and evening with a glass of milk,it will increase your weight.
